RunMasters, along with its affiliates and service providers, will not be liable for any damages, whether direct or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. The total liability of RunMasters to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us for our services in the preceding 12 months.

The RunMasters Platform, including all design elements, content, and functionalities, is owned by RunMasters and is protected under copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users are prohibited from altering, copying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, reproducing, or creating derivative works based on the RunMasters Platform without our explicit written consent.

Modifications and Account Termination

RunMasters reserves the right to suspend, discontinue, or modify the RunMasters Platform, or any portion of it, at its discretion and without prior notice. Additionally, we may suspend or terminate a user’s access to the platform at any time for any reason, including breaches of the Terms of Service or engagement in fraudulent or illegal activities. Upon termination, users must cease all use of the RunMasters Platform and remove any copies of its content in their possession.
